A menu for a winter boat trip on one of the Great Lakes, with a list of crew, passengers and "derelicts" listed on last page. A search for these names connects many of them as leaders or members of orchestras, so we can presume most were musicians from the area (one led an orchestra in Fort Wayne, IN, while another was a member of the same, and some were based in Michigan). Henry Komrofsky ran a renowned hat sop in Detroit, Henry the Hatter. The Hotel Richter was located at 11-15 State Street in Detroit. Dinner included Blue Point cocktails, planked white fish from the lakes, and paprika schnitzel. Very good - a cool piece of Detroit history.
